At Arsh Creations & Collections, we strive to provide premium quality ethnic wear and an enjoyable shopping experience. Please read our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or shipped.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Missing items in the package.
The return request must be submitted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include the invoice or proof of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Products specifically marked as "Non-Returnable".
5. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Return request submitted after the eligible return period.
