• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Within India: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
• International Orders (if available): 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on eligible orders as part of promotional offers.
• Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• International shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment online.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Arsh Creations & Collections is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and products. We will investigate and assist you promptly.
